ReflexSat IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our ReflexSat IPTV service.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or made available through the ReflexSat IPTV platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the ReflexSat IPTV service
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

ReflexSat IPTV will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of third-party copyrights.
